RECRAFTING

Do you have old jewelry sitting in a drawer that you never wear but can’t seem to part with?  Let’s talk about how it could be “recrafted” into a piece (or pieces) that you will enjoy wearing for many years to come.

This long strand of knotted pearls came to me as two identical strands that had belonged to the customer’s mother.  Reknotting with green silk and adding two drilled, green stones set off to the side totally changes the look. 

 

 

This necklace of snowflake obsidium and silver was too long for the small stature of the customer and the look was also too large with all of the big pieces of silver throughout.  Recrafted, the large silver pieces were replaced with small silver spacers and the center piece was replaced with an oblong, obsidium stone.
